1. Definitions

• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonuses.
• Not allow any third party to access or use your account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person.

2.3 Legal Responsibility

By using js007, you acknowledge and accept that:

3. Account Security and Verification

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

js007 supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). When making deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes during peak banking hours.
• You must deposit from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• js007 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account balance, except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals can be made to the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal policies include:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday - Sunday) for verified accounts.
• First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• You must withdraw to a payment account registered in your own legal name matching your js007 account registration details.
• js007 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Only wagering with real money contributes to withdrawal eligibility.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations:

• You must wager your deposit amount at least one time (1x rollover) before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to prevent the platform from being used as a money transfer service.
• Large or suspicious transaction patterns may trigger additional verification requirements including source of funds documentation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are promotional credits that cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Only the winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable after requirements are satisfied.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, typically ranging from 15x to 50x the bonus amount. These requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (usually 30 days).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds, typically Rp 25,000 per bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding bet limits may void the bonus and any winnings.

• Only one active bonus is allowed per account at any time. You cannot claim a new bonus until your current bonus has been completed, forfeited, or expired.
• js007 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

The js007 welcome bonus (currently 100% match up to Rp 20,000,000) is subject to additional terms:

• Available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 100,000.
• Wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and winnings are forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of bonus credit.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

8. Limitations of Liability

8.2 Financial Liability

• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access js007 for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Frame or link to js007 content without our express written permission.
• Use the js007 name, logo, or trademarks without our express written permission.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure:

• Your account balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after any pending bets are settled and wagering requirements are met.
• Any active bonuses will be forfeited.
• Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. You may not create a new account after voluntary closure.

10.2 js007-Initiated Termination

js007 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate any term or condition outlined in this agreement.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• You fail to complete identity verification when requested.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.

In cases of termination for breach of terms, js007 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, winnings, or bonuses. Real money deposits made in good faith will be returned after deducting any fraudulent winnings or bonuses claimed.
